根据国际惯例和国际安全社区要求，自2011年开始在泰达医院门诊急诊科设立了伤害监测点，引导因伤害就诊患者填写伤害监测卡工作，根据世界卫生组织（WHO）的ICD-10（国际疾病与卫生相关问题统计分类第十版）对于伤害的分类，由医院急诊室当班医生负责填写伤害监测卡，医务科专人负责收取、保存、整理、分析。2011-2015年共收集9930例因伤害就诊患者情况。

In accordance with international conventions and international safe community requirements, injury surveillance spot was established in the outpatient emergency department of Taida Hospital since 2011 to lead the injured patients to fill injury surveillance cards. According to the injury classification of ICD-10 International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Edition of Health World Health Organization (WHO), the on-duty doctors in emergency room of hospital are responsible for filling the injury surveillance cards, and special workers in medical administration department are responsible for collecting, saving, arranging and analyzing those cards. During 2011-2015, altogether 9,930 cases of injured patients are recorded for injury.
